Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Floating General Manager to oversee property operations during GM absence and accept short-term assignments across the market. You will lead staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and apply cost controls while supporting regional goals.

The role requires travel to properties within the market and the ability to train teams, implement QA improvements, and manage local marketing efforts. A strong background in hospitality management is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; not required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience; supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations.
