Job summary

InTown Suites seeks a Floating General Manager to cover operations across properties in the market, stepping in for absent GMs and supporting local leadership. You will oversee guest service, training, and property performance, with travel to multiple sites as needed.

The role requires at least 3 years of management experience, supervisory skills, and solid front-office knowledge. Expect long hours and occasional overnight travel as part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience with front office operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates properties in the absence of a General Manager as needed.
• Develops expertise on computer operating system.
• Assists in recruitment of General Managers and other property staff.
• Drives sales through local marketing as directed by the Regional Operations Manager.
• Ensures and provides excellent guest service.
• Travel and/or overnight stay will be required.
