InTown Suites in Tampa, FL is seeking a Floating General Manager to cover operations across properties within the assigned market. You will step in for on-site GMs on off days and vacation, coordinate guest services, staffing, and local marketing efforts to maintain performance.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and the ability to train staff, manage multiple properties, and travel 90% within the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience.
• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Operate properties in the absence of a GM as needed.
