Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Floating General Manager to cover multiple properties within the assigned market in Florida. You will manage operations, lead staff, and drive guest satisfaction across locations.

The role requires substantial travel (up to 90%), strong leadership, and hands-on experience in front-office management. Expect to train staff, monitor budgets, and maintain service standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management.
• Supervisory experience required.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate properties in the absence of a General Manager as needed.
• Drive sales through local marketing and guest service excellence.
• Recruit, train and support property staff; manage budgets and costs.
• Monitor safety, security and policy compliance; report issues to Regional Ops.
• Travel 90% to other properties within the market; overnight stays may be required.
