Job summary

InTown Suites Nashville is seeking a Floating General Manager to cover multiple properties in the market. You will step in during General Manager absences, manage operations, and uphold guest service standards across locations.

You’ll lead staff training, assist in recruiting, monitor budgets and costs, and drive local marketing efforts. Travel up to 90% and overnight stays are required to cover properties as directed by the Regional Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret hotel reports and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Operates properties in GM absence as needed.
• Support recruitment, staff training, and quality assurance.
• Drive sales through local marketing and guest relations.
• Maintain cost controls to meet budgeted goals.
• Ensure guest service excellence and safety compliance.
