Follett Higher Education seeks a Market Leader of General Merchandise to drive sales and manage multiple General Merchandise departments across a geographic market. You will lead campus relationships, train team members, and collaborate with campus partners to achieve budgets and deliver an outstanding shopping experience both in-store and online.

You will coach staff on merchandising standards, lead change, and ensure alignment with Follett values.

Competenze

3-5 years of Experience.
Results and Sales Driven.
Experience with full-cycle talent management.
Passionate about Customer Service.
Foster strong relationships with campus relations.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Travel Requirements 10%-50%.
General Computer Skills.
