Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of retail supervisory experience; computer literacy.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Previous supervisory/management experience is required.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises department employees, including hiring and training.
• Oversees RTV receiving and scanning processes as required.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.
• Manage special order functions and notify customers.
• Promote a Hassle Free customer service culture and solutions-based selling.
• Coordinate promotions with Store Manager and Home Office for events.
• Ensure stock levels, inventory placement, and service standards in-store.
• Oversee merchandise displays and liaison with Planner on floor layout.
• Process markdowns and analyze financial reports to optimize sales.
• Maintain price accuracy and product availability on the store website.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
