Follett Higher Education seeks a Campus Store Leader to support market leaders and oversee store operations. You will drive sales growth, mentor your team, and ensure an engaging customer experience across campus store environments.

The role includes supervising FT/PT and seasonal staff, maintaining store standards, and managing course materials activities. The position emphasizes financial awareness, staff development, and alignment with Follett Values.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience.
• Academic retail experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building, a demonstrated ability to influence a team, and customer outreach.
• Travel: minimal - less than 10%.
