Wonder is transforming mealtime by offering hundreds of dishes from exclusive partners in a single order. We are seeking a Market Director to lead operations across a multi-city region, ensuring guest satisfaction, standardization, and profitable growth.

You will guide restaurant leadership, drive day-to-day excellence, and shape long-term market strategy. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a willingness to travel frequently to oversee eight or more stores.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience in a high-growth environment with 8+ stores
• Proven leadership in developing, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing market-level P&L and profitability
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills, even under pressure
• Ability to travel frequently across the market to maintain oversight and lead by example
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a motivational leader and cultural ambassador.
• Lead and develop a team of Senior Operations Leaders to ensure alignment with goals.
• Ensure flawless execution of operations by visiting locations and coaching leadership teams.
• Monitor financial performance through P&L management and reporting tools.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development of leadership talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate market growth opportunities.
• Lead new restaurant openings and support recruitment and setup.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, labor laws, and regulations across the market.
• Drive improvements by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for seamless communication.
