Qualifications

• 5+ years of Branch management or related leadership experience.
• Proven coaching and development of high performing sales teams.
• Ability to translate knowledge of financial markets and economic trends into customer strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
• Develops best practice techniques for coaching, reviewing business, cooperation and ensuring compliance.
• Recruits, retains, and develops talent and fosters an environment where employees feel valued and able to grow.
• Develops strategies to achieve key financial metrics including deposit and investment balance growth, customer acquisition and retention, and expense management.
• Leads integration with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to grow other lines of business.
• Manages the market to ensure an excellent customer experience and optimizes market performance.
• Ensures all branch managers mitigate risk and stay compliant to guarantee a safe banking experience.
