Qualifications

• 5+ years of Branch management or other related leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing high performing sales teams combined with financial markets knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
• Develops best practice techniques for coaching, reviewing business, cooperation and ensuring compliance.
• Recruits, retains, and develops excellent talent and instills an environment where employees feel valued and can grow.
• Develops strategies to achieve key financial metrics including deposits, investments, customer acquisition and retention, and expense management.
• Leads integration with partners from Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to grow other lines of business.
• Manages the market to ensure an excellent customer experience and deploys resources to optimize market performance.
• Ensures all branch managers mitigate risk and stay compliant to guarantee a safe banking experience.
