JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Palo Alto seeks a Market Director of Banking in Consumer Bank to lead a world-class customer experience, grow deposits and banking business, and coach Branch Managers. You will drive strategies to enhance market performance and client satisfaction.

You will partner with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to expand lines of business, ensuring a culture of excellence and robust risk controls for the community we serve.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of branch management or related leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing high performing sales teams with ability to translate knowledge of financial markets.
• Ability to identify needs of market segment to tailor proactive customer education.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with other lines of business remotely.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with sense of urgency and initiative to identify solutions.
• Experience with consumer and commercial credit and financial planning including customer life cycle.

Responsabilités

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
• Develops best practice techniques for coaching, reviewing business, cooperation and ensuring compliance.
• Recruits, retains, and develops talent and fosters an environment where employees feel valued and able to grow.
• Develops strategies to achieve key financial metrics including deposits and investment balance growth, customer acquisition and retention, and expense management.
• Leads integration with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to grow investments and loans.
• Manages the market to ensure an excellent customer experience and deploys resources to optimize performance.
• Ensures all branch managers mitigate risk and maintain compliance for a safe banking experience.
