Chase is seeking a Market Director of Banking in Consumer Bank to lead the customer experience across the Mobile market, strategize growth of deposits and banking business, and coach Branch Managers across the Mobile market.

You will oversee market performance, ensure risk controls, and collaborate with partners across Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to grow loans and investments while maintaining a culture of service and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Branch management or related leadership experience
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams
• Ability to tailor education for market segments
• Experience collaborating across lines of business remotely
• Entrepreneurial mindset with urgency to execute
• Experience with consumer and commercial credit knowledge

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations
• Develops coaching and review best practices; ensures compliance
• Recruits and develops talent; fosters an environment where employees grow
• Develops strategies to grow deposits, customer base, and assets
• Leads integration with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending
• Oversees market performance and resource deployment for best outcomes
