Formación

• 5+ years of Branch management or related leadership experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Proven coaching and development of high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to translate financial market knowledge into actionable strategy.
• Experience collaborating across lines of business remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
