Chase is seeking a Market Director of Banking in Consumer Bank to lead a world-class customer experience across branches in the market. You will strategize to grow deposits and banking业务, coach branch managers, and oversee market performance with executive leadership.

The role requires turning customer promises into action and fostering a culture of service excellence. You will collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to drive growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of Branch management or related leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high performing sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
• Develops best practice techniques for coaching, reviewing business, cooperation and ensuring compliance.
• Recruits, retains, and develops talent and fosters an environment where employees grow.
• Develops strategies to achieve key financial metrics including deposits, investments, and customer growth.
• Leads integration with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to grow other lines of business.
