You will drive the Customer Promise, collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to expand lines of business, manage risk, and lead a talented team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of branch management or related leadership experience.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to identify market needs and tailor proactive customer education.
• Experience collaborating with other lines of business remotely.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with urgency to execute.
• Experience with consumer and commercial credit and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
• Develops best practice techniques for coaching and ensuring compliance.
• Recruits, retains, and develops talent and fosters an environment where employees feel valued and able to grow.
• Develops strategies to achieve financial metrics including deposit and investment growth, customer acquisition and retention, and expense management.
• Leads integration with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to grow other lines of business.
• Manages the market to ensure an excellent customer experience and deploys resources to optimize market performance.
• Ensures branch managers mitigate risk and remain in compliance to guarantee a safe banking experience.
