Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth for our brands across on-premise and off-premise accounts in the Pensacola territory. You will lead initiatives to boost distribution, volume, and share while partnering with distributors and store teams to execute programs that win in market.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of 1 year in field sales in alcohol/CPG, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel including

• Experience: 1 year in alcohol-beverage or CPG field sales.
• Results driven: Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Technical savvy: Able to use sales data analytics to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Crafting Solutions for Growth: Implement and manage innovative solutions to boost business for assigned accounts, ensuring Sazerac brands soar in market share.
• Brand Building: Use consumer and category trends to educate customers and skyrocket sales.
• Distribution: Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Volume Objectives: Help achieve volume objectives for core brands in the portfolio.
• Strategic Programs: Implement programs delivering distribution, merchandising, display, and promotional goals.
• Rapport Building: Develop mutually valuable rapport with assigned customers by understanding their needs.
• Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the communication lead between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• KPI Monitoring: Track KPIs to ensure goals are met.
