AD Solutions is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive B2B sales in the Orlando area. The role emphasizes high-volume outreach, meeting-setting for senior reps, and relationship-building with local businesses.

You will operate in a structured environment, leverage CRM tools, and advance the sales cycle daily while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Base compensation starts at $50K with uncapped earning potential, schedule is Monday–Friday, on-site.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ in sales, customer-facing and fast-paced work or comparable hands-on experience.
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people every day.
• Organized, consistent, and process-oriented.
• Persistent and comfortable working through rejection.
• Self-directed and comfortable managing your day in the field.
• Confident using basic sales and communication tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
