AD Solutions is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth in the Orlando area. This on-site, full-time role focuses on high-volume outreach to generate new opportunities, identify decision-makers, and set qualified meetings for senior sales reps.

You will build local visibility, manage leads in the CRM, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment with a base salary of $50K plus uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ in sales, customer-facing and fast-paced work or comparable hands-on experience.
• Comfortable starting conversations with new people every day.
• Organized, consistent, and process-oriented.
• Persistent and comfortable working through rejection.
• Self-directed and comfortable managing your day in the field.
• Confident using basic sales and communication tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
