Qualifications

• 5+ years of branch management or related leadership experience.
• Proven coaching of high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.

• Drives strategies for deposits, investments, and customer acquisition/retention.
• Leads collaboration with Wealth Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending (One Chase).
• Manages the market to optimize performance and customer experience.
