You will partner with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to expand cross‑sale opportunities, manage risk, and foster a diverse, inclusive culture that delivers exceptional service to clients and communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Branch management or related leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop high performing sales teams.
• Experience translating financial markets and economic trends for clients.
• Ability to tailor education to market segments and drive engagement.
• Demonstrated success working with multiple lines of business remotely.
