Qualifications

• 5+ years of branch management or other related leadership experience.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing high performing sales teams with knowledge of financial markets and trends.
• Ability to tailor education to market needs and collaborate across lines of business remotely.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with urgency to identify solutions and act.
• Experience with consumer and commercial credit and financial planning including customer life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coaches branch managers to engage customers and address escalations.
• Develops best practice techniques for coaching, reviewing business, cooperation and ensuring compliance.
• Recruits, retains, and develops talent and fosters an environment of growth and support.
• Develops strategies to achieve key financial metrics including deposits, investments, customer acquisition and retention, and expense management.
• Leads integration with Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to grow other lines of business.
• Manages the market to ensure an excellent customer experience and deploys resources to optimize market performance.
• Ensures branch managers mitigate risk and maintain a safe banking experience for clients through deep-dives and business reviews.
