Job summary

Marlink B.V. is seeking a New Business Director - Maritime (Americas) to lead growth in the Americas maritime market from Houston or nearby.

You will identify and open new accounts, engage with C-level executives, and drive recurring revenue through connectivity, secure managed networks, cybersecurity and IoT data capture solutions. You will travel within the Americas and collaborate with global Marlink teams to craft compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and deliver market insights to

Qualifications

• Proven experience capturing new market share in a MSP ICT environment or similar.
• Maritime industry experience preferred (merchant, OSV, inland marine).
• Consultative selling with成功 in liaising with c-level decision makers.
• Engineering background preferred; MBA is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Passport and driver’s license; travel flexibility within region and beyond.
• Ideally based in or near Houston, TX; remote work considered.
• You must be eligible to live and work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marlink’s strategy to secure recurring revenue from new customers in the Americas maritime segment.
• Open new accounts in the Americas by leveraging demand for connectivity, secure networks, cybersecurity and IoT data capture solutions.
• Travel within the Americas (North & South) for customer meetings and negotiations.
• Deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure recurring revenue.
• Provide market, customer and competitive insights to support product portfolio development.
