Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Marine Corps Operations and Growth to lead programs, manage cost, schedule, and technical performance, and translate warfighter priorities into integrated solutions. The role requires collaboration across customers, programs, capture teams, and technical organizations to deliver value.

The initial emphasis will leverage TECOM and training-enterprise experience, with a broader Marine Corps and joint-service mandate. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and substantial senior leadership experience in Marine Corps or defense programs.
• 15+ years of experience and demonstrated leadership of complex multi‑function programs.
• Working knowledge of Marine Corps missions, TECOM experience preferred.
• Ability to support capture, proposal activities and translate needs into concepts.
• Executive communication, relationship-building, planning and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Marine Corps program with accountability for cost, schedule, tech performance and staff.
• Develop Marine Corps growth plan centered on TECOM and training, readiness, ranges, simulation.
• Contribute to capture teams, shaping proposals, and executive briefings.
• Build relationships across TECOM and other Marine Corps orgs to translate needs into opportunities.
• Position solutions across mission engineering, readiness analytics, training, digital engineering and logistics.
• Establish repeatable operating rhythm for customer needs, pipeline, capture actions, and leadership reporting.
