Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Lead for its Air Defense team to own the development, delivery, and sustainment of maritime capabilities. You will be the product subject matter expert for mission partners to help improve capabilities, configurations, and developmental testing.

You will work across engineering, product, and mission success teams to scale and sustain systems for warfighters, driving execution and continuous improvement in a fast-growing, defense-technology environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology to government organizations or large commercial institutions.
• Ability to lead a technical team to field hardware and software products in real environments.
• Experience taking a product from early stage to mature, scalable deployment.

Responsibilities

• Qualify product(s): lead acceptance tests and specify development scope.
• Product delivery: scale capabilities beyond qualifications and coordinate delivery.
• Product sustainment at scale: define processes for lifecycle support and RMAs.
• Relationship management: brief customers and coordinate with senior leaders across teams.
• Mission expertise: develop deep understanding of mission requirements and translate to engineering and sales decisions.
