Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Lead for its Air Defense team to oversee development, delivery, and sustainment of maritime capabilities. You will be the product expert for mission partners, assisting them in developing air defense concepts, hardware/software configuration management, and test activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology to government organisations or large commercial institutions.
• Proven experience leading a technical team to field hardware and software products in real operating environments.
• Proven experience taking a product from 1 to 100 and beyond.
• 5+ years work experience in a technology company or technical implementation team focused on developing integrated hardware and software products.
• Deep interest in national security issues and defence technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Ability to support underway operations onboard vessels if required.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Qualify product(s): Achieve success in customer‑sponsored acceptance tests of the products within your portfolio.
• Product delivery: Build systems to scale capabilities beyond qualifications and to warfighters.
• Product sustainment at scale: Author processes to sustain delivered products through lifecycle.
• Relationship management: Build trust with teammates, vendors, partners and customers through communication.
• Mission expertise: Develop understanding of mission requirements and communicate with engineering teams.
