Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a deployment-focused professional to manage domestic deployments of Air Defense products, ensuring mission readiness and alignment with customer priorities. You will work with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer, coordinating across multiple business lines and customer interactions to deliver sustained capabilities.

You will become a subject matter expert on customer missions and CONOPS, translating requirements to Anduril engineers while advocating for

Qualifications

Advanced degree or 3-5+ years in a technical field.
Proven project management skills.
Experience creating and maintaining process documentation.
Experience leading tech-enabled teams through influence.
Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies.
Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

Deployment planning and execution across site installations, tests, demonstrations, and training.
Relationship management with customers, industry partners, users, and internal teams.
Develop deep knowledge of customer missions and CONOPS to guide engineers.
Maintain thorough understanding of Anduril’s Family of Systems and sensor capabilities.
