Job summary

Anduril Industries' Air Defense team in Irvine seeks a Mission Operations Deployment Lead to deliver and sustain capabilities that meet customer mission requirements. You will own the health and performance of deployed assets and communicate feedback to drive continuous improvement.

You will coordinate domestic deployments of Anduril's Air Defense products, collaborate with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer, and ensure readiness to support national security infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating large-scale deployment events across cross-functional teams.
• Strong relationship-building with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Deep understanding of customer missions and deployment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deployment planning and execution: Lead deployment events, site installations, tests, and training to achieve mission success.
