Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Lead for its Air Defense team to manage development, delivery, and sustainment of maritime capabilities. You will serve as the product SME for mission partners, guiding hardware/software configuration, testing, and deployment in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology to government organizations or large commercial institutions.
• Proven experience leading a technical team to field hardware and software products to real operating environments at various scales.
• Proven experience and aptitude in taking a product from 1 to 100 and beyond.
• 5+ years work experience in a technology company or as part of a technical implementation team focused on developing integrated hardware and software products.
• Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Ability to support underway operations onboard vessels if required.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Qualify product(s): Lead acceptance tests and oversee objective-driven development efforts for test events.
• Product delivery: Scale capabilities and coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain for material readiness.
• Product sustainment at scale: Develop processes for ongoing support, servicing, revisions, and RMAs.
• Relationship management: Build trust with teammates, vendors, partners, customers, and users; brief senior leaders.
• Mission expertise: Develop deep understanding of mission requirements and communicate trade-offs to engineering and sales decisions.
