Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Deployment Lead on the Air Defense team to deliver and sustain a capability for our Middle East customers that meets their mission needs and exceeds expectations.

You will manage deployment planning, coordinate cross‑functional teams, develop deep mission knowledge, and communicate user feedback to engineers to continuously improve our systems and ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Advanced STEM degree or 4+ years of technical work experience in defense, national security, or aerospace.
• Proven project management skills and organized problem solving.
• Experience leading tech-enabled teams and building influence through relationships.
• Strong interest in national security and ongoing learning.
• Willing to travel up to 50% (Middle East ~35%).
• Eligible for active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deployment planning and execution across sites in the Middle East.
• Relationship management with customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Develop mission knowledge to communicate CONOPS to engineers.
• Forecast and manage resource needs for deployments.
