Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Lead on the Air Defense team to deliver and sustain capabilities in the Middle East that meet mission requirements and exceed expectations.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage deployment life cycles, and ensure system health and performance in challenging environments, representing Anduril to customers and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced STEM degree or 4+ years of technical work experience in defense, national security, or aerospace.
• Proven project management skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50%: Middle East ~35%, other travel ~15%.

Responsibilities

• Deployment planning and execution of hundreds of deployment events annually across cross‑functional teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams in high-stakes environments.
• Develop mission understanding and communicate CONOPS to engineers for capability improvements.
• Acquire deep product knowledge of Anduril’s Family of Systems and sensor modalities.
