Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced Deployment Lead for its Air Defense team to deliver, train, and sustain capabilities meeting customer mission requirements. You will own deployments from planning through sustainment, with emphasis on training, readiness, and continuous improvement across the Family of Systems.

You will liaise with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer, ensure assets perform under high-pressure scenarios, and build world-class training programs to empower end users.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 5+ years of experience in a technical field.
• Proven experience planning and delivering technical training programs.
• Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills.
• Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and training materials.
• Ownership mentality with initiative in isolated or remote environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and obtain/maintain U.S. security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Deployment planning and execution across cross-functional teams to achieve mission success.
• Training development and delivery of curricula across simulations, knowledge portals, and hands-on events.
• Relationship management with customers, industry partners, and teammates.
• Develop mission expertise and communicate customer requirements to engineers.
• Develop product expertise and forecast performance under various conditions.
• Manage hardware and software configurations at deployment sites.
