Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Mission Operations Deployment Lead on the Air Defense team to orchestrate domestic deployments and ensure mission readiness for national security infrastructure. You will collaborate with the Program Manager and Chief Engineer, communicating customer needs and aligning sustainment operations with evolving mission priorities.

You will represent Anduril to customers, manage relationships across organizations, and continuously improve through feedback.

Qualifications

Advanced degree or 3-5+ years in a technical field, preferably defense or aerospace.
Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills.
Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Deployment planning and execution: lead cross-functional teams through site installations, testing, training, and sustainment to ensure mission success.
Relationship management: build trust with customers, partners, users, and teammates through clear communication and follow-through.
Mission expertise: develop deep knowledge of customer missions and translate CONOPS to engineering.
Product expertise: understand capabilities and limitations of Anduril’s Family of Systems and forecast performance against threats.
