Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Deployment Lead for its Air Defense team. You will own end-to-end deployments from planning through training and sustainment, ensuring mission readiness and customer satisfaction.

You will develop training curricula, coordinate across teams, and act as the main customer liaison, while continually improving processes. You will collaborate with Program Manager and Chief Engineer, travel up to 50%, and become the counter-unmanned systems SME driving impactful

Qualifications

Requires advanced degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
Proven experience planning and delivering technical training programs.
Strong project management and organizing abilities.
Ability to translate complex concepts into training materials and instructions.
Comfort working with customers and partners to meet mission needs.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment planning, installation, training, and sustainment for air defense products.
Develop and deliver training curricula across multiple formats (simulations, knowledge portals, hands-on events).
Build trust with customers and internal teams through clear communication and follow-up.
Develop deep knowledge of customer missions and CONOPS to inform engineering and deployments.
Manage end-to-end hardware and software configurations at deployment sites.
