Job summary

iPS Powerful People (B Corp™) seeks a Maritime Client Success Specialist to help customers adopt and use our products after commissioning. You will coordinate onboarding, training, account setup, and ongoing support while liaising with technical, product, operations, and sales teams.

In this role, you will lead vessel crew training, monitor product adoption, manage data records, and translate customer feedback into improvements. Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in maritime industry or related fields.
• Maritime academy education or licensed officer experience preferred.
• Knowledge of vessel operations, marine engineering, and fuel management.
• Experience delivering training or customer-facing support.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and account setup from installation to ongoing client services.
• Lead onboarding, system familiarization, and refresher training for crews and managers.
• Provide day-to-day support and track open requests across teams.
• Help customers use platform features, dashboards, reports, and resources.
• Monitor engagement and identify training needs and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records for customers, vessels, fleets and assets.
• Apply maritime knowledge to questions on vessel operations and fuel management.
• Communicate customer feedback to product and service teams.
• Support meetings, demos, proposals, and new business transitions.
• Identify needs for premium services and coordinate with internal teams.
