Shipfusion seeks a Client Service Site Manager to join our Customer Success team in the United States. You will manage day-to-day accounts, onboard clients, and partner with support, warehouse, and sales to drive value.

You will lead customer-facing teams, own escalations, develop playbooks, monitor health metrics, and conduct regular account reviews. This role thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client services or project management experience.
• 2+ years leading customer-facing teams.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Proficient with G-Suite and data manipulation via Spreadsheet.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day functions of accounts from medium to high revenue monthly.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing education/training throughout lifecycle.
• Deliver world-class customer support and handle escalations as needed.
• Collaborate with Support and Warehouse teams to meet deliverables.
• Work with Sales to provide product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Lead regular account reviews and report performance, opportunities, risks and recommendations.
• Coach and support Account Managers and Support team members.
• Develop and standardize Customer Success processes and playbooks.
