Job summary

Shoes For Crews is seeking a Client Success Manager to support onboarding and ongoing service for corporate customers. You will partner with Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Finance and IT to deliver a seamless rollout of our programs and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include guiding onboarding, addressing customer needs, and driving sales from newly onboarded accounts, with travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• AA in Business Administration is preferred for this role.
• Project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide onboarding for each project from start to finish.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure onboarding success.
• Coordinate with Sales, IT, Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver programs.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams via phone, email, and Salesforce tickets.
• Travel up to 10% of the time for onboarding or customer visits.
