Talent Harbor is seeking a Client Success Coordinator in Fairfax, VA to support Sales and Operations. The role ensures smooth project starts, manages client communication, processes paperwork, and maintains CRM data with a focus on compliance and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include coordinating new projects from start to finish, updating records, and providing customer satisfaction throughout onboarding to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new projects and support the Sales Team to ensure contracts move forward correctly and on time.
• Coordinate new jobs from start to finish, acting as the glue that keeps operations aligned across Sales, Production, and Accounting.
• Maintain accurate records and keep all internal systems updated, including CRM and quoting software.
• Communicate with customers throughout the onboarding process and provide exceptional service.
• Ensure all contracts meet compliance guidelines and company standards.
• Assist Production with preparing new projects for scheduling and installation.
• Support Accounting and AR processes as needed.
• Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Conduct customer satisfaction calls and send final invoices once projects are completed.
• Collaborate with all departments to support seamless workflow and successful project launches.
• Participate in comprehensive cross-department training to gain a full understanding of company operations from start to finish.
