Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Mission Operations Deployment Lead for its Air Defense team. You will manage domestic deployments, ensure mission readiness, and communicate customer feedback to continuously improve our capabilities. You will partner with the PM and Chief Engineer to align deployment efforts with strategic priorities.

You will develop deep mission knowledge, lead cross-functional teams, and own the health and performance of deployed assets while representing Anduril to customers.

Qualifications

• Deployment planning and execution across hundreds of events.
• Developing deep mission understanding and CONOPS with customers.
• Translating requirements into actionable engineering goals.
