Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an International Deployment Manager for the Middle East. You will lead deployment planning and execution, ensuring assets meet mission requirements and customers’ expectations while representing Anduril in demanding environments.

You will coordinate across hardware, logistics, engineering, and operations, own system health, and translate user feedback to improve products. Travel up to 50% of the year is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced STEM degree or 4+ years of technical work experience in defense/national security would be highly relevant.
• Proven project management skills with ability to lead tech-enabled teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across hardware, logistics, and engineering.
• Strong interest in national security issues and defense technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute deployment events and missions in the Middle East, coordinating across hardware, logistics, and engineering to meet customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, communicating progress and lessons learned.
• Develop deep mission knowledge to translate customer requirements and CONOPS to engineering teams for capability improvement.
• Represent Anduril to customers with professionalism, ensuring trust and satisfaction in demanding environments.
