Legendary Marine Pensacola - Harbor View in Pensacola, FL seeks an experienced Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, coordinate repair orders, and maintain efficient shop operations. You will manage schedules, prepare estimates, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely, quality service for marine customers.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service or service advising, with marine knowledge and strong communication skills to build lasting customer relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years of customer service or service-advisor experience preferred, especially in automotive/marine.
• Experience in a service department and marine knowledge is strongly advantageous.
• Knowledge of marine equipment, boats, engines, and parts is preferred.
• Familiarity with basic marine maintenance terminology.

Responsabilités

• Schedules service work and processes retail, warranty and internal repair orders efficiently and promptly.
• Maintains repair records for supervision and control.
• Manages technicians' workflow and schedules repair orders accordingly.
• Writes detailed summaries of customer concerns and required work with estimates for approval.
• Collaborates with the service manager to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Builds and maintains positive customer and manufacturer relationships to strengthen loyalty and referrals.
• Resolves customer complaints promptly and communicates status to customers.
• Obtains warranty or service contract approvals as needed.
• Performs quality control checks on finished boats ensuring repairs and cleanliness.
