Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of customer service or service-advisor experience preferred.
• Service department experience, especially marine, is advantageous.
• Knowledge of marine equipment, boats, engines, and parts preferred.
• Familiarity with basic marine maintenance and repair terminology.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service work and processes repair orders efficiently.
• Maintains repair records for supervision and control.
• Manages technician workflow and schedules repairs.
• Provides timely estimates for customer approvals.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and manufacturers.
• Resolves customer complaints and improves service processes.
