Responsibilities

• Schedules service work and processes repair orders efficiently and timely.
• Maintains repair records for supervision or control.
• Manages technician workflow and schedules repair orders.
• Write-ups customer concerns and provides timely cost estimates for approval.
• Collaborate with service manager to improve processes and efficiency.
• Builds positive relationships with customers and manufacturers.
