Job summary

MarineMax in Marathon, FL is seeking a Service Advisor to support the Service Manager, team and customers. You will gather information from customers to perform boat repairs and ensure work is completed correctly and promptly.

Responsibilities include scheduling and dispatching technicians, using service schedulers and manufacturer guides to estimate time, documenting issues and approvals, greeting customers, and invoicing on completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager in day-to-day operations including scheduling and distribution of work for technicians and yard team.
• Use manufacturer flat rate guides and Standard Service Operations to determine time allotted for the work and follow up on timely completion.
• Inspect quality of work performed as required, prior to delivery to the customer.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and warranty companies for approvals and payment, including documentation.
