Job summary

Motorola Solutions' Silvus Technologies seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Marine Corps to bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps defense needs. You’ll collaborate with Applications Engineering and Business Development to validate interoperability of StreamCaster radios across expeditionary environments.

Role requires up to 50% travel for field tests and customer engagements, with a remote option depending on location. Eligibility includes SECRET clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

2–5 years in systems engineering, technical business development, or defense technology roles.
Security clearance: Active SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

Analyze USMC priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
Lead field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
Prepare technical demonstrations for expeditionary and littoral networks.
Support RFI/RFP responses and market research.
