Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with US Marine Corps requirements. You will coordinate with Engineering and Business Development to showcase StreamCaster radios across expeditionary and tactical environments.

Expect up to 50% travel for tests and demos; 100% remote option depending on location. A strong background in SDRs, IP routing, and test automation is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a C5ISR field with relevant defense technology work.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical comms is preferred.
• Familiarity with RF test gear and Linux-based testing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and align Marine Corps network solutions with tactical radio capabilities.
• Plan and execute field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate with BD and engineering to ensure technically sound architectures.
• Support technical needs and map work to strategic priorities.
• Create demonstrations for expeditionary and tactical edge networking.
