Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• VHG Operator’s certificate and basic first aid are a plus.
• Professional standards include appearance, courtesy, punctuality and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register guests; coordinate escort and luggage handling.
• Process reservations and verify arrival/departure times; manage slips and records.
• Handle guest financial transactions and post charges to ledgers.
• Answer inquiries and provide information on services, vendors, and local attractions.
• Transmit messages, coordinate mail, and arrange restaurant, transport, or event bookings.
• Support security and safety protocols and assist with health classes and events.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and accounting-related duties.
• Maintain reception areas and daily opening/closing procedures.
