Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in North Miami Beach to support the General Manager with daily operations, supervision of non-exempt and professional staff, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.

You will manage opening/closing MOD procedures, oversee front desk, assist with payroll, scheduling, inventory, and budgeting; promote safety and maintain the company image with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and leadership experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience in similar operations.
• Boating and marine related experience preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in daily operations and manage opening/closing procedures as MOD.
• Supervise and schedule staff; train and monitor performance.
• Oversee front desk operations and ensure service excellence.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Assist in budgeting, P&L, inventory, and merchandising plans.
• Promote safety, maintain facility standards and company image.
