Job summary

IGY Marinas seeks an experienced marina manager to oversee safe, secure, efficient, and profitable operations, enforcing company policies at the property. The role represents IGY in business relationships and ensures smooth daily operations across departments.

Responsibilities include guest services, coordinating staffing and procurement, and promoting marina amenities while maintaining quality standards and budgets. Bachelor's degree and 3 years’ related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Represent IGY in all matters relating to the business relationships required to successfully operate the property.
• Maintains continual communication with customers, vessels, the marina office, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient daily operations.
• Routinely greets arrivals and anticipates customer needs; assists guest services by promoting timely departure with vessel.
