Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service experience at least 6 months.
• Marina operations experience preferred.
• Knowledge of boating terms desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Acknowledges and greets guests/boaters with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Directs arriving boaters to slips and assists in docking procedures.
• Ties lines to secure boats safely to docks and troubleshoots basic electrical issues.
• Assists guests with information, directions, reservations, and other inquiries.
• Explains rates for transient guests and processes payments using the POS system.
• Follows safety procedures and reports incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Performs duties in a clean, presentable, and safe work environment.
